Adventure Bairns agree to provide the  Equipment for hire to _________________ (“Hirer”) for the duration of the Hire Period set out in this Agreement.

 

  1. Adventure Bairns have inspected and cleaned the equipment and deem it suitable for hire.

  2. Adventure Bairns accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury to any person whilst the Equipment is in the possession of the Hirer.

  3. The Hirer is responsible for making themselves aware of the condition and appropriate use of the Equipment following guidance provided by Adventure Bairns on pick up/delivery. The Hirer must immediately inform Adventure Bairns if they have any concern regarding the condition and/or use of the Equipment prior to the Hire Period commencing.

  4. The Hirer agrees to care for the Equipment for the duration of the Hire Period and agrees to only use the Equipment as it was intended to be used in conjunction with the manufacturer’s and Adventure Bairns’ instructions.

  5. The Hirer agrees that only they will use the Equipment for the duration of the Hire Period and will not allow any third party to use the Equipment.

  6. The Hirer will inform Adventure Bairns immediately if there is damage incurred to or loss of the Equipment. The Hirer accepts full responsibility for damage in excess of normal wear and tear caused to or loss of the Equipment during the Hire Period. The Hirer agrees to pay to Adventure Bairns the cost to repair or replace damaged or lost Equipment.

  7. The Hirer must not attempt to repair any Equipment.

  8. The Hirer must provide proof of identification to Adventure Bairns prior to the hire and must include photo ID and proof of address e.g driving licence or passport, if using passport as ID please also provide a recent utility bill. Failure to provide this will result in the hire being cancelled by Adventure Bairns.

You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions along with this Agreement. By signing this Agreement, you accept the terms and conditions.
